Welcome to Path to Sustainable Living.
My name is Kevin Sturgill and I started this blog in early 2011. I received my B.S. in Wildlife Biology and M.S. in Geosciences from Murray State University. I currently work as a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) manager for a water, sewer, and stormwater utility. My wife, 3 children, and I live in Western Kentucky on 5 acres.
This is a blog I started to document our trials and errors of learning and implementing new skills in living a more sustainable life. I’ve learned a lot from reading other people’s blogs, and hope I can do the same for others.
We feel very strongly in the importance of living more sustainable and self-sufficient. We also realize that change takes time. It might be long, but this is our path towards sustainable living.
