Early Spring

There is no frost in the extended forecast...
so I am keeping my fingers crossed.

I have many of these hollow stumps around the farm
that I am filling with Profusion Zinnias.

They did well last summer and became my favorite flower.
Take note of how small they are now...
and in a month or so, they will be big and full and covered with blossoms.
Take note, also, of my helpers.
It's always the same...
my constant companions... Tom and Fred... my handsome turkey boys.

While I work, Sammie is always there to keep an eye on the action.

Jack did a little drone flight yesterday and I edited some of the footage
for you to see how the farm is changing with the seasons.
His last footage was in January with snow on the ground.
My how things have changed!
